12th European Guide and Scout Conference
Today the 12th European Guide and Scout Conference will be officialy opened. More than 300 representatives from WAGGGS and WOSM member organisations have already arrived to Portorož. The opening ceremony will start at 19.30 at Tartini square, Piran.

Hotel Bernandin and nearby area is full of Guides and Scouts scarfs from all over Europe and also from some non-european countries.
Today the 12th European Guide and Scout Conference will be officialy opened. More than 300 representatives from WAGGGS and WOSM member organisations have already arrived to Portorož.
The atmosphere is getting warmer and everything is prepared for the opening ceremony which will start at 19.30 at Tartini square, Piran. The sound of violine from the city hall balcony will announce the beginning of the Conference. After the official part
the ceremony will continue with the concert of Vlado Kreslin (*famous slovenian musician).
